14-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 days after your order is delivered.

Return eligibility

Please return the product with all included parts and accessories. Returned items should be reasonably clean and must not be materially damaged through misuse. We may reduce or refuse a refund for items returned incomplete or materially damaged.

How to start a return

Email jollygoodspet@gmail.com before sending the product back. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide the return instructions and return address.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original outbound shipping is free and therefore has no separate shipping charge to refund.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at jollygoodspet@gmail.com so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate solution.
